Floor Plan Designs
We provide a free consultation during which we determine whether or not we already have an ideal set of plans for you. Should we not have a set of plans that you like, we listen to your ideas & requirements & we then tailor a set of plans to suit you, and your block of land.
Drafting of Plans
The benefit to having a set of plans drawn up is that you will have an original home that is perfectly suited to your needs. We include the cost of this service in the cost of your home, so essentially you will own your set of plans.
Our designer is on hand to provide you with a professional design & drafting service. You will have the opportunity for consultations at vital stages of this process so that you can rest assured knowing that the designer is on the right track.
Renovations, Alterations & Additions
Charles Sprake is highly skilled in the building & carpentry trade & his expertise is evident in the renovations that he has accomplished. If you love your home but think it could do with some improvement, Charles is the man for the job, so please do not hesitate to contact him for a quote.
