In-House Concept Designs
Should our range of plans not appeal to you, we will help you to organize a concept plan that we will subsequently send to our drafting agent. This process may take extra time, however we think it is important that you get exactly what you want in your home.
We provide a free consultation during which we determine whether or not we already have an ideal set of plans for you. Should we not have a set of plans that you like, we listen to your ideas & requirements & we then tailor a set of plans to suit you, and your block of land.

Drafting of Plans
The benefit to having a set of plans drawn up is that you will have an original home that is perfectly suited to your needs. We include the cost of this service in the cost of your home, so essentially you will own your set of plans.
We have designers & architects on hand to provide you with a professional design & drafting service. You will have the opportunity for consultations at vital stages of this process so that you can rest assured knowing that the designer is on the right track.
Renovations, Alterations & Additions
