Charles Sprake, Builder & Managing Director for Hervey Bay Homes is based in Hervey Bay & will build anywhere throughout the Fraser Coast Region from Maryborough through to Bundaberg. Hervey Bay Homes have a variety of products that include a range of homes for the budget minded, as well as a range of more prestige home packages, depending on your tastes & intended purpose for your new home or investment property.

Charles Sprake himself has been a Builder since 1995, concentrating mainly on renovations, alterations & additions to established homes. However, with a view to establish a good reputation for house building in Hervey Bay, & surrounding Southern Queensland areas, Charles has also set his sights on building homes of high quality & contemporary design for those with a discerning taste & appreciation for that extra touch.
